This is a great program. Dr Talwar and her team guide diligently, patiently towards teaching to lose and maintain weight loss. They guide you to take care of your health physically mentally and emotionally with conscious effort. Thanks Shape Me Up team

I went to see Dr. Talwar at the end of last year due to a significant weight gain that I couldn't figure out. She had me deal with something with my other doctor first, and then had me come back (all for good reason). I've been seeing Dr. Minhas and couldn't be happier. She's very thorough, asks all of the right questions and answers anything I'm unsure about. She found the root cause and has me on the right medication to get myself together again. The office staff is also great, answering messages quickly and passing messages along to the doctor in a timely matter. I'd definitely recommend Dr. Talwar and everyone in her office!

Cannot rave about this practice enough. I was already visiting for my low thyroid and was very happy with them but recently I was diagnosed with gestational diabetes and naturally i was shocked, very nervous, and lost. I met with Dr. Minhas, and she took so much time to go over everything with me to where i feel confident and relieved. I know that if I have anymore concerns or questions they are there to answer them right away and that i am in great hands. Other positives, the staff is extremely friendly, there is no wait time, and their scheduling is quick and accommodating! so happy to have them taking care of both conditions for me.

My husband and I went to see Dr. Talwar because my husband has a nodule on his thyroid and needed a biopsy. Her and her staff were so wonderful and calming. She explained everything she was doing and took the time to answer all of our questions and concerns. I found her name on the internet and I am so happy that we did. Such a wonderful doctor who handles herself with such professionalism and concern for her patients. Anyone who visits her should feel confident with her and her staff. Thank you. ?

I love Dr. Talwar. She is knowledgeable, very professional and has a wonderful bedside manner. The staff has always been pleasant and on top of things for me. She speaks with authority yet is able to maintain a friendliness that builds trust. I would recommend her in a heartbeat.

Just met with Dr. Talwar. Beautiful and understanding bedside manner. She was thorough looking through all of my blood work and interacting with me during my check up. The young staff at the front desk were a pleasure. Happy to be able to continue with her has my endo.
